Digg’s One Million Users!!

Digg CommunityKevin Co-Founder of DiggDigg’s Founder and Chief Architect Kevin Rose has announced that Digg has hit 1 million users registered so far, definitely leading the Social Bookmarking industry. It is pretty astonishing how far they’ve come in such a short amount of time. After only a short two years, they have managed to climb rapidly, building a massive user-based community that everyone seems to love. This is truly a success story if there ever was one, an example and an inspiration to any entrepreneur working on their new start-up. Goes to show you that if you believe in your company, and diligently work to improve it, you’re bound to become successful one way or another.

Kevin Rose also sends his thanks and appreciations to the entire Digg community for the great accomplishment - “I’d like to let this post serve as a thank you from me to you — the Digg community faithful. You’ve not only made it possible for the Digg team to continue the Digg concept in new and exciting ways, but you’ve also driven us, with a sense of pride and excitement that genuinely makes going to work a lot of fun.”

As a big plus to show his appreciation towards the community, Kevin and the whole Digg Team is planning a massive party in the San Francisco Bay Area in mid-April. He doesn’t give much insight about the party, only that you should tune in for more details to come. If you want to catch what he said, check out his post here on the Digg Blog.
