I checked it out and after taking a look around and testing the system, I noticed that it’s rather simple to get invites but not as easy to send them out. For example, when I want an invite all I have to do is add myself to a list for a specific app. or website and boom, I have the invites shortly after in my email, but if I want to send out invites I have to constantly be checking in to see if someone is waiting in line for one. It’s a real hassle, but the site does provide an incentive to pitch in and send invites to others, so I guess it’s not that bad, although a nice upgrade to an automatic system where you could leave invites and others can pick them up would be just perfect.

Overall the system really is a wonderful idea since most of todays new websites have gone “trendy” and have adopted the “only by invite” mentality, which is quite annoying for some users but does wonders for creating hype towards the product and/or services. I’ve even seen people selling invites for several private betas on eBay and other online auction websites, so this site really provides a very useful service for everyone.
