Gmail, A Behind the Scenes Video
Google has come up with an interesting marketing campaign where users are welcomed and encouraged to participate by sending in a 10 sec. clip of them passing the Gmail M-velope around. To check out what I’m talking about, Click here to visit the campaign’s homepage.
The campaign’s objective is to show how an email message travels around the world from your unique perspective, and their trying to involve everyone. Google’s Gmail team will rotate a selection of featured clips from the videos sent in, which will be displayed on the campaign’s homepage. Once they’ve made their final selection of the best clips possible, they’ll post it up on the Gmail homepage to be seen by users worldwide. So if you want to secure a spot on there then make sure to send in your 10 sec. clip asap and make it standout to the best of your abilities. You must submit your clip by August 13th 2007 to be considered for the final collaborative video!

I just think it would fun to see what other people come up with.
The few people I have told so far, after reading the news here, seemed really excited about participating.

we should totally make one of these just to see if it gets featured…(regardless of feeling like fools while filming of course)
