Introducing the new iMac
Apple recently unveiled its new iMac, the upgrade includes a new slimmer and slicker design made from aluminum, glass, and high-quality plastic. The new iMac was designed with the environment and professional consumers in mind. You can watch the keynote of Steve Jobs introducing the new iMac here.
“iMac sets new standards for elegance and power. It packs a complete, high-performance computer into its all-in-one design. With its anodized aluminum frame and glass cover, it’s striking to behold. The glossy widescreen display — available in 20- and 24-inch sizes — makes photos and movies come alive with rich color. The use of recyclable glass and aluminum makes iMac friendlier to the environment, too.”
As a bonus to the unveiling of the new iMac, Apple has also released a complete redesign of their keyboard to go along with the iMac. The new Apple keyboard takes it to the next level by enhancing it’s minimalist design. Its ultrathin anodized aluminum enclosure features low-profile keys that provide a crisp, responsive feel. It also has a version that is completely wireless which is what I love in a product, since I dislike all the clutter wires create. So there you have it, Apple’s new additions to it’s product line.

Personally, I like the hundreds of cables stemming out from my computers; running down the back of my computer desk, and plugging into my dust-bunny covered powerstrip!

Of course you do. Who doesn’t like setting their house on fire?
